Jeremy transformed the two-dollar size burn on our Smartstone "Arcadia" engineered stone kitchen benchtop into an unobtrusive area that blended in well with the stone pattern. This type of work may appear costly but has visual value. All complete within a week of initial contact with Gareth. Would certainly recommend this company & especially the individual repairer, I'm a satisfied customer.

Gareth visited for the quote and was knowledgeable and very clear on the likely outcome for our limestone paving. Quote came that night and the service provided on a timely basis. Result exceeded our expectations and even gurneyed some extra places that were outside the scope of the quote.

Gareth's company was recommended to repair some issues I was having with a marble kitchen island bench. Some of the fill in the natural veins was coming out and the bench was worn and tired. The quoting process was quick and once accepted a date was booked to sort the bench top. I can't say it was an easy job for the team. There were issues with poor workmanship in the original installation so quite a bit of fixing up was required. In honesty more that we thought from the original quote. To their credit the job was finished to my complete satisfaction. The bench looks better than it ever has. I have to make special mention of Nathan and Jeremy who put in a huge effort to restore it. Not only do the guys know their stuff, they are a delight to have in the home. I felt completely comfortable and would have had no issue leaving them if I needed to leave. They are meticulous in their work, clean up is immaculate and they are polite and respectful at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and businesses. Nathan called to let us know he was on the way, arrived when he said he would and did a magnificent job in cleaning our Ceaser Stone. My wife Allyson hated it so much that she was going to get it taken out because of the stains. The fact it was restored to its natural glory on our 30th Wedding Anniversary made it more satisfying. I initially used another company, which charged me $250, but did an absolute rubbish job. They simply bogged the small chip in my black granite. The finish was terrible and stood out like the proverbial.
I then decided that I'd totally wasted my money with the first guy and that I'd bite the bullet and use the stone restoration company. Could not be happier with the finished job. Almost impossible to see.

Gareth and his team have done a fantastic job refinishing our stone kitchen bench tops and marble dining table. Our marble finish is better now than the day we purchased it. Whilst not a cheap exercise we are extremely happy with the end result.

Having used Stone Restoration Company twice now for two different properties, I can tell you that workmanship completed is flawless! I had chips and scratches that were completely removed and it brought the Kitchen benches back to brand new. The UV resin used is extremely durable and applied quickly. They are very professional at what they do and if it was given two thumbs up by my mum who's the most perfectionist person you'll ever meet then their work will excel anyone else's expectation.

Would thoroughly recommend these guys. We needed to have our benchtop cut to accommodate a replacement cooktop and Gareth could not have been more helpful. Extremely professional and they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

Gareth and Jeremy did an excellent job in restoring the old marble tile floor in our apartment unit in Gold Coast QLD. Before the work, the floor had a lot of scratching, wearing and etching marks. They filled holes and flaws on stone tiles before grinding and polishing. Then it took three days for them to finish the work. After the work was done, my wife and I could not believe how shiny and beautiful the restored stone floor looks. It looks like new again! Gareth helped me out immensely in a moment of panic when I accidentally chipped my countertop in my rental, he responded to my query in his own personal time out of empathy and reassured me everything was going be fixed and ok. Well, he was able to fit me in the following day and fixed the countertop. I have just come home from work and I can’t even tell where the damage was! Gareth’s team applied a poultice to all our Kashmir bench tops. Kitchen, island, 4 bathroom vanities and the laundry bench tops.

The granite was installed in 2006 and was not sealed previously ( builder did not specify). There were old olive oil bottle stains in the kitchen as well as 17 years of coffee ground stains on the island + cooking stains around the cooktop.

In the main bathroom there was staining on the bench top from purple shampoo and liquid soap stains on all vanities.

All is as new. Unbelievably great result.

The team are professional with high standard of cleaning and attention to detail.
